Local seasonal produce from swede, caulis and carrots to the more unusual and flavoursome Romanasque, celeriac and asparagus. A vast range of apples,citrus fruits, pears, sweet grapes and more exotic mangoes, pineapples and Chinese pears.

Our selection of Westcountry cheeses includes the award winning Cornish Blue, Chatel ( meaning Cornish for cow! ) and various Lynher Dairy Cheses including the famous Yarg. Milk, cream and yogurt is delivered fresh everyday from a local farm.
